Down East Staging will provide a complete package from a consultation followed by an action plan for the home owner. The action plan can be followed by either a half-day or a whole day depending on the size of the home and the needs of the home owner. The service will include lots of ‘after’ pictures that you or the realtor can post on the Internet. 

I can complete the transformation for the sole purpose of creating marketing photos for your listing or in preparation for an Open House weekend. But let’s face it, once you’ve gotten them to the front door, how do you keep them interested? I can show you some simple tips that you can use to keep your home ‘staged’ for every showing. I even offer a shopping service where I will go with you or I will do the shopping for you if you wish to add accessories that you can use in your new home.
