Buyer’s Viewpoint Consultation with Action Plan – We will spend a couple of hours with the home seller (or realtor) discussing the home and how a buyer might see the home. Pointing out where changes might be considered to ‘depersonalize’, ‘de-clutter’ and create an overall fresh look for the home. The consultation will be followed up with a written action plan that the home seller (or realtor) can then take and complete the staging themselves. The cost of the consultation and action plan is $150. If the home seller or realtor prefers, they can opt for one of the following ‘staging’ services and we will credit $50 towards the total cost of the services selected. 

Whole or Half-day staging – The half-day is meant for the home seller who is a fairly skilled ‘do it yourselfer’ and only needs the finishing touches. If the home seller wants to do any cleaning, painting and de-cluttering themselves I will be happy to come in and add some finishing touches in the way of furniture arrangement, accessories and overall design advice to prepare the home for sale. A whole day may be needed for the home seller who needs assistance with cleaning, de-cluttering as well as depersonalizing their home. Also may be needed for larger homes even when the home seller can do most of the work themselves. Accessories can be rented or if the home seller wishes, we offer a ‘personal shopper’ service to assist the home seller to select accessories that they can take to their new home once their current home has sold. Accessory rental is based on the accessories required to complete the desired look and calculated on a monthly basis.

New listing or Open House staging – This service is intended to prepare a new listing for pictures or for an Open house. This includes either a half or whole day of staging depending on the needs, accessories are provided for the day or weekend depending on the situation.

Vacant Home Staging – Furnish the home to give the buyer perspective. Furniture rental is at the seller’s expense and accessories are provided for a monthly rental fee.

Personal Shopper – We will gladly go with the home seller to select the necessary accessories to stage their home. This service is provided on an hourly basis.

We leave the home owner with tips they can use to create the same look quickly for showings and open houses. Home staging is a small investment when compared to price reductions.
